I am the FilePope, and I love cool files. What makes a file cool? For starters, I like free files. I like them a lot. Especially free files that are written by independent coders. If these free files written by independent coders also happen to fill a small need, or in some way streamline my computing experience, that is a huge plus. Sometimes, though, a file is just cool ... even if it has none of these qualities. Check back often, for I shall post new files whenever the whim takes me, which should be quite often!
